Internal communication used to be mostly about reassuring people during COVID. Now, it's a big part of how companies plan and operate. In 2023, local managers took charge, changing how we communicate inside companies. After the pandemic, known as the 'Great Catch-Up,' we've seen a lot of digital changes in how we talk at work. And guess what? These changes will stick around in 2024.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not merely a technological novelty; it represents the future of workplace dynamics.
