New Year New Me?

New Year New Me?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Quick into a Circle

Crossed Hands

🎶Auld Lang Syne....🎶

And then all of a sudden

💥 BANG 💥

The great reset;

Diet

Gym

Learning Spanish

And you wonder why you failed

We've just come out of a full year

Breath

Look back, Life is for enjoying

Not a race to the finish

Only 8% of people keep their New Years Resolution

And I'll tell you why?

Just because the clocks have reset it doesn't make you a new person

You need to look back to go forward

What went well last year

What did you enjoy

What didn't you enjoy

We need to build from a foundation not a manmade refresh

So this year, skip the pressure.

Forget the "new you." Embrace the real you—flaws, strengths, and all.

Take the lessons of last year and let them guide you forward.

Small, meaningful steps will always outlast a giant leap.

Life isn’t about reinvention; it’s about evolution.

Celebrate progress, not perfection.

Here's to a year built on purpose,

Not pressure.

Happy New Year. 🎉

Forget the new you - embrace the real you. I'm totally here for that. And the bit people always forget about when making resolutions is why, and also getting clarity on their overall vision. if you don't have awareness of those two things you are p1ssing in the wind.

Too true Lewis Hackney - despise the 'new year new me' notion - why change? Just be better, do better and want better. Stay as who you are, that is your superpower! Be you and do you! Just look to grow but that doesn't me we need a 'new you' - that's nonsense.
