How was YOUR Hangout?
We LOVED seeing so many of you at the first in our new series of Hangouts! The energy was real and there was just the kind of buzz we were hoping for!

Karen Turton kicked things off by introducing the Purple Methodology and explaining why one of our many mantras is ‘If I am learning, I am not leaving!’. There were plenty of new faces, so this was a fantastic way to connect with each other.
Glenn Turner 🏋🏼♀️ Assoc. CIPD was our first guest speaker and with several ‘mic drop’ moments he spelled out why looking after the body is as important as looking after the mind. We put our own oxygen masks on first round here, and that means physical as well as mental self care! Simple, small changes to keep the body moving and mastering a mindset of ‘can do’ rather than ‘can’t’ will have a massive impact and drive your performance professionally.

Which is exactly what we did this month when KT and Verity headed to the Business School at Leeds Beckett University to hear how four groups had got on with the projects we briefed them on last year.
Under the guidance of the brilliant Alistair MacAuley, each group BLEW US AWAY! Looking at either how we can use digital marketing or more specific influencer marketing to spread our message further and wider, all four presentations gave us LOADS to think about.
A MASSIVE well done to every single student!
And next time anyone says Gen Z are too fragile or lazy to succeed, send them our way and we’ll set them straight!!
