Optimizing NRC’s CORE System for Enhanced Data Management and Security - [ONGOING PROJECT]
We are excited to announce our collaboration with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) on their CORE Humanitarian Programme Information Management System. CORE is designed to track interactions and services offered to displaced populations, ensuring privacy and data security. Our team will support NRC by enhancing the data model, (re)defining data objects and integrating essential datasets to optimize this vital system. This project aims to provide better data management, improving efficiency and decision-making in NRC's humanitarian programs across 40 countries. Ensuring Stability and Security: Extending Our Partnership with WHO for EMS2 - [ONGOING PROJECT]
We are proud to continue our long-standing collaboration with WHO, providing essential support for the EMS2 application builder system. Over the years, we have ensured the continuous stability and security of the EMS2 platform, which plays a crucial role in managing health emergencies. Our Software Maintenance Team (SMT) delivers critical support, addressing incidents, managing updates, and maintaining system integrity through a priority-driven approach. This partnership guarantees quick response times and secure solutions to keep WHO’s systems operational during crucial moments, helping them minimize the impact of health crises worldwide.

Empowering Helen Keller International with Power BI for Life-Saving Data Insights - [ONGOING PROJECT]
Relief Applications is collaborating with Helen Keller International to enhance their Vitamin A Supplementation (VAS) program by transitioning to Power BI for improved data management and visualization. This project involves developing Power BI solutions for finance management, monitoring and evaluation, and coverage surveys, empowering teams to monitor and analyze critical data more efficiently. As part of the collaboration, we are also delivering comprehensive training for administrators and end users to ensure the long-term sustainability of these solutions, as well as providing general information management support and advice. This initiative aims to support Helen Keller’s mission in reducing childhood mortality across 14 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Business Meetings with the UN and International Organizations 2024 - [EVENT RECAP]
Luna and Raphael had the privilege of representing Relief Applications at the Business Meetings with the UN and International Organizations in Geneva, held on September 12-13, 2024. Organized by Business France Suisse, the event gathered 20 French companies and key UN agencies such as the WHO, UNHCR, IOM, and ICRC. Over the course of two days, we engaged in insightful discussions about procurement processes and agency priorities, exploring potential synergies and collaboration opportunities. These interactions laid the foundation for future partnerships and advancements in humanitarian solutions.
