Niksen

Niksen

About a year ago, I came across Niksen, a Dutch lifestyle concept of purposefully doing nothing.

I initially thought it was about laziness, boredom, and being unproductive. But I was wrong.

Then, I assumed it was a form of meditation, but I was wrong again.

So, I started sitting down for a long time and scrolling social media until I realized it was not this either.

After reading thoroughly about it, I realized it is a conscious choice to let the mind wander without focusing on one specific thing.

Over time, it has become the backbone of my creative work.

It reminds me of minimalism lifestyle in Japan. Sometimes I think I don't need a lot than I should

I need to try it for sure, is there a website, app or article to learn how to do it ?
