Nissan Dealer Ambassador of the Quarter - Winner!

Congratulation's to Sophie Campbell for winning 1 of 3 awards in the country last quarter which were carefully selected by the NMGB Directors. Sophie can be seen with the award following fantastic feedback from customers and the Management team at Nissan Bristol Street Motors Derby. 

Service Manager Comments:

I would like to nominate Senior Advisor Sophie for her work in improving the departments CVA score. The reason for this is we have just achieved our best ever monthly CVA score of 94.1 under very difficult circumstances. This the reason I would like to nominate Sophie as she kept the department performance going and somehow managed to improve the CVA score by working extremely hard, taking on extra work whilst being extremely short staffed. She started early and finished late without complaint. Both the workshop controller and service administrator who do the follow up calls were absent and I was on annual leave which left Sophie to hold the fort. Sophie rose to challenge and managed to still offer a great service to all our customers and organised splitting the follow up calls between herself and the other advisors and managed to get these completed despite the pressure the department was under. She also made sure the other important processes like d-1 call and progress calls got completed as well. The department achieved 94.1 and Sophie’s individual score was 94.6 which is outstanding.
