The reason you're struggling and overwhelmed is that the skills that got your practice to where it is now, aren't the same skills you need to take your practice to the next level 🛣️.
There are 3 skills you need to build, grow, and scale a practice.
Marketing Mechanics 🛠️: When you start your own practice, you need to implement some basic marketing to attract new patients. After that, it's all about delivering a great service, and your practice will take off via word of mouth 🗣️.
Team Building: The next step can be tough as hell if you don't have the right skills. Adding team members or other services requires a whole new set of skills such as recruitment + onboarding, mentoring, managing people, and getting the best out of them.
Scaling Your Practice ⚖️: Once you have a team in place, you begin to scale your practice and your marketing. Without the right skills at this step, the wheels can really start to come off. Trying to scale a practice without the appropriate marketing, team building, leadership skills, as well as processes and systems, simply makes small problems bigger 🔎.
The most common reason you might be struggling and feeling overwhelmed, is that your focus is on the things you've always done to get your practice to where it is now.
