Start by getting everyone on board. Gather your team for a quick, casual chat. Bring chocolate; because it always makes everything better (just keep it away from those curious pets!).

Step 5: Say Yes to Feedback

Feedback is like veggies—necessary but not always enjoyable.

• Ask Often: Have easy-to-complete surveys after visits.

• Just Listen (Seriously): Take notes—not with dread but curiosity.

Even if tough feedback comes in, take it as customer-care gold. Because improvement wasn't built on compliments alone (even if we wish it did).
