  • Customer lifecycle dashboards: We’ve released a set of the most advanced dashboards to date, surfacing sophisticated insights covering changes in customers’ activity and essential retention statistics. Because of Drive’s use of aggregated statistics and individual transactions, we can provide daily, weekly and monthly active users with a breakdown per specific type of activity. We can also look at weekly and monthly retention levels to show short-term and mid-term trends.

Engage:

  • Custom merchant corrections: Bud's custom merchant corrections feature enables users to correct merchant details even when the merchant does not exist in Bud's database. While Bud’s merchant database is continuously improving, some merchants may remain unidentified (for example: when new merchants enter the market). This feature helps users and institutions to address these gaps by allowing customer-initiated corrections, which ensure that transaction records are accurate and tailored to real-world spending.

Enrich:

  • Suggested description and logo for transactions: Bud’s transaction object now contains suggested description and logo fields for each and every transaction. These are derived from the various enrichments run against your customers’ transactions and ensures you’re always providing the best possible representation of transactions to your customers.
  • Increased merchant coverage: Over the past couple of weeks Bud has been making major improvements in our processes related to increasing our merchant coverage and merchant database, this has resulted in an uptick of over 50% in our US merchant database
