Now You Can Chat With Your Data

This week, we will be releasing the latest Agentic AI build by TAISK Labs, "RoloChat".

RoloChat is a browser extension (currently only Google Chrome) designed to help you navigate and manage your HubSpot data with ease. By integrating advanced agentic AI capabilities, RoloChat simplifies complex tasks into straightforward interactions.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started.

Step 1: Understanding RoloChat's Capabilities

Before diving in, it's important to understand what RoloChat can do for you.

RoloChat leverages advanced AI to provide seamless access to HubSpot's extensive database, allowing you to interact using natural language. Whether you're looking to retrieve specific data or analyse trends, RoloChat is equipped to handle it all autonomously.

Step 2: Initiating a Query

Getting started with RoloChat is simple. Users will be able to add the extension from either Chrome WebStore or Hubspot's Marketplace. We use HubSpot's authentication, so users can only register with a HubSpot account and only access data for which they have permissions.

Once live, users can initiate a conversation using natural language by typing your question or command into the chat interface. For example, "Show me last month's sales performance" or "Retrieve the contact details for Acme Corp."

Step 3: Natural Language Processing (NLP) at Work

Once your query is submitted, RoloChat uses its advanced NLP technology, known as "INFLEX", to process your request. It interprets the language, understands the context, and determines the relevant data points needed to fulfil your request.

Step 4: Autonomous Decision-Making

RoloChat then autonomously decides which of HubSpot's APIs or endpoints it needs to access to gather the required information. This intelligent decision-making process ensures efficiency and accuracy without the need for manual inputs.

Step 5: Executing Multiple API Calls

For more complex queries that require gathering information from various sources, RoloChat is capable of executing multiple API calls simultaneously. This adaptable planning allows it to effectively organise and process different types of data to provide comprehensive answers.

Step 6: Receiving Insights and Data

Once RoloChat has gathered the necessary information, it compiles the data and presents you with clear, concise insights. This allows you to quickly understand the results and make informed decisions based on the analysis provided.
