Jessica Sainsbury, research and policy associate, Florence Nightingale Foundation, is a participant of both virtual and in-person event. In this video Jessica is sharing with us a sneak peek into her and Professor Gemma Stacey's in-person session which will highlight the learnings from the Nursing Times survey and what changes we should implement to overcome the existing challenges:

These free virtual sessions set the scene for the Nursing Times Workforce Summit & Awards, taking place, next week on 22 November 2022 at the Hilton London Metropole.

If you are also interested in our in-person summit, there is still time to book your place at the Summit.

Start talking about real people whose work and values we can all admire like Sarah Roberts of Builth Well & Hughie Boyle still recorded as the youngest ever Matron of a Scottish hospital? A Nurse is a crimson cloak a silver buckle and a fighter for life not some two penny degree. Bring both back plus a 30% pay rise. A job I enjoyed most was mending Sister’s shoes when promoted Matron. Though I never understood why the preference for Segs or Blakeys was always strongly held.
