Nutanix CEO Pay Package Jumps To $51M After Being 'Approached' By Rival
After Nutanix President and CEO Rajiv Ramaswami was "approached" about a role with a competitor, Nutanix's board responded with an "off-cycle" stock award worth nearly $50 million, citing "immediate retention concerns," according to a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
HPE CEO Antonio Neri Reaffirms Juniper Acquisition Timeline
Hewlett Packard Enterprise CEO Antonio Neri told several thousand attendees at HPE Discover Barcelona this week that the company is still hoping to close its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks by the end of the year or early 2025.
Neri's comments come after a report that said HPE and Juniper Networks representatives met with DOJ regulators last week in a bid to prevent an antitrust challenge to the proposed deal.
