NW Arkansas Talent Showcase (November 2024)
Our cover photo has a shot of Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS that was recently captured at the Buffalo River. Based on orbital calculations, astronomers believe it could be another 80,000 years before the comet is visible again, and that's only if it survives its voyage around the solar system. That is kind of how we view our talent showcases. Similar to the comet’s once-in-a-lifetime appearance, these features offer a opportunity to put eyes on exceptional individuals whose unique mix of hard and soft skills may never be in our orbit again.

Antonia Nuzzolo - Career Field: Technology and Project Management
Antonia carved her path into the world of tech by relying surprisingly less on her coding knowledge and more on her soft skills. In 2018 as a novice salesperson, she traveled to many U.S. convention centers to build relationships with clients and her company’s employees. While spending time on the show floor she discovered logistical problems amongst her team. Soon after, she began teaching herself to code to attempt to solve these problems. After presenting new ways to leverage technology for the business, she quickly gained the trust and confidence of her fellow colleagues.
Antonia’s path has always been paved by her enthusiastic leadership to convince a team to adopt a new solution, as well as her confidence and charisma through relationship building.
Aside from learning to adapt to new challenges in technology, Antonia ferments various foods including kombucha, sourdough (which she mills organic grains for,) sauerkraut, and kefir. Antonia has also gained an interest in hunting since moving to the region. She has a shaggy poodle mutt who resembles Chewbacca when she hasn't shaved him. Antonia loves to be active and exercise. “I go to Crossfit and while my squat PR is not the most impressive, I will confidently say yes to a push up, pull up, or handstand competition!”
