When the Tender File has been reviewed by the competent Tender's Board (Technical Organs attached to the Project Owner) and corrected,the Project Owner has the obligation if he has no objection to sign the Tender Notice and send it for publication by the Agency in charge of the Regulation of Public Contracts - ARMP in the journal of Public Contracts lodged there.Most people have the misconception that the journal of public contracts is the Cameroon Tribune newspaper which is wrong.The tender notice is published in the official languages (french and english) and if there is another language it comes to add to it.If there is a publication in any other newspaper other than the journal of public contracts it equally comes as an addition.With regards to international tender's,it is published in the website of the financing institution.A copy of the said tender notice is sent to the competent tender's board to ascertain that the corrections were taken into consideration and equally that they should know when to program the bid opening session...
