Hello folks!

The end of September marked a significant milestone for us as the Diversify Nordics Summit (DNS) and The Annual Gala came to a close after months of planning and preparation.

This year marked our third summit, bringing together changemakers from across the world. Together, we co-created a space where honesty, vulnerability, and courageous dialogue took center stage—a place where people felt seen, heard, and celebrated for who they truly are. It reminded us that when we come together, real change is not just possible—it’s inevitable.

The summit culminated in The Annual Gala on Saturday—an evening dedicated to celebration, connection, and honoring impactful work with the Blaze Inclusion Awards. It was a beautiful way to close out our time together, filled with joy, music, and a renewed commitment to fostering inclusion and equity across the world.

To everyone who joined us in co-creating this welcoming space, we are deeply grateful. The energy and enthusiasm we experienced were truly remarkable!

With the summit and the gala wrapped up, October is all about reflection, sharing insights, and planning ahead. We’ll be synthesizing all the learnings from DNS 2024 into actionable strategies and developing a Best Practice Manual, which will be released in the coming months.
