⚙️ GR8 CRM

Unified Promo Lobby for Casino and Sport

We are excited to announce the end of the era where users had to switch between two separate Promo Lobbies 😪 (Casino Bonus Lobby and General Bonus Lobby).

We are introducing the Unified Promo Lobby, integrating all Casino Bonus Types into Journey Builder to create a seamless experience by combining the two lobbies into one.

What does this mean?

• For CRM Teams: You no longer need to operate two separate back offices for Casino and Sports bonuses.
• For Users: They will now enjoy a consistent, unified form for all bonuses.

🖌️ Content Studio: Editing Notification Center Activity Content in Running Journeys

We added a feature that allows managers to edit content in the Notification Center activity for running journeys.

Here’s what’s new:

• Edit on the Fly: Managers with the right permissions can now update content directly within published journeys. Once edits are made, a new content version is automatically created, and any future messages will include the updated content after republishing.
• Track Changes Easily: The system now shows the latest content version date, author, and version number for each message sent to players, all visible in the Journey Log for easy reference.

These updates make managing journey content smoother and more transparent!

🔗 CRM BO Updates: All-in-One CRM BO with UBO Authorization

All CRM features are now consolidated into a single, unified CRM Back Office (BO) with UBO authorization.

This setup empowers CRM teams to manage tasks seamlessly in one user-friendly environment—no more extra logins or juggling between multiple back offices!

🎮 Gamification BO Updates

Players can now choose to “auto-distribute” rewards for Tournaments and Quests, making prize distribution quicker and smoother! Just a heads up—some rewards, like physical prizes, might not be eligible for automatic distribution.

🎰 Casino

New Tournament Functionality

Our platform now enables operators to create and manage your own Casino tournaments independently. With customizable settings, it offers competitive gameplay that enhances the overall user experience.

🔑 Key features:        

• Customizable tournament creation: create tournaments from scratch, defining parameters such as tournament type, duration, and mechanics.

Available mechanics include:

• Total Bet: Points are awarded based on the total amount wagered by players during the tournament.
• Win/Bet Ratio (Upcoming feature): This will reward players based on their efficiency in converting bets into wins.
• Flexible prize distribution: Operators can choose between two prize distribution methods Fixed & Manual (Upcoming feature).
• Comprehensive participant management module supports flexible participant management.

• Real-time leaderboards: A dynamic leaderboard tracks player performance throughout the tournament, updating in real-time based on player actions.
• Automatic real-money payouts: After the tournament, prizes are automatically distributed to the winners based on their final rankings.

⚡️ Upcoming features:        

1. Win/Bet ratio mechanic: This new scoring mechanism rewards players based on the efficiency of their bets.

3. Blocked players list: exclude specific players from participating in tournaments, ensuring compliance and security.
4. UI/UX improvements: This includes better layouts, intuitive workflows, and enhanced visual elements to make tournament management more user-friendly.
5. Text editor for tournament content: A rich text editor will enhance the formatting of tournament descriptions and rules.

Enhanced Game Ordering in the “Wagering Percentage” Section

The casino team is excited to announce the release of a new feature that improves the flexibility and customization of game ordering in the Wagering Percentage section. 

🖍️ Key highlights:        

• Section-Specific Game Ordering: Operators can now set the order of games for each wagering percentage category: All, 100%, 50%, 25%, and 10%.
• Improved Visibility of Popular Games: This update prioritizes popular games across all sections.

⚾️ Sportsbook

New Event Card for Outrights, Races, and Freeform Markets 🃏

The event card overview streamlines betting, giving quick access to popular markets like Winner, Free Form, Top Goalscorer, and To Reach Semifinals for outrights, races, and more.

With a glance, you can see teams or players and their odds for the "yes" outcome, sorted from smallest to largest—making it easier to place your bets and dive into the action!

🤳 This feature is available on WEB and iOS, with Android support coming soon. Currently, it is active for the demo brand demo.gr8.tech.

🔒 Fund Locking Feature Update

The fund locking feature has now been switched to “OFF” by default for all brands. Operators can enable it for specific brands by submitting a configuration request.

This update gives operators greater control, allowing them to assess customer support data on fund availability and manage the feature to suit their brand’s needs.

Here’s a quick reminder of how it works when enabled:

• If a user’s available balance is lower than the deposit amount at bonus issuance, the balance will be locked at that time.
• The total deposit amount is still shown as the initial locked balance.
• As bets settle, the locked balance gradually adjusts to reflect the total deposit.

This feature helps manage cases where deposits cover negative balances or when bets are placed between deposit and bonus issuance.
