Octobers News From Plan.Grow.Do.

As ever, we're busy here at PLAN. GROW. DO. HQ and loving it!

Although we're busy, we've had a few moments of introspection recently. We know that our approach is different.

We know that a new approach to sales and marketing (and training!) doesn't come easily to everyone.

As you know, it can be hard to gauge clients' reactions and responses, which can lead you to question your approach / product etc.

Have we ever mentioned how important it is to ask for feedback? Yes, ok - we know - only every other sentence! Of course, we ask for feedback from every training cohort.

So when we get feedback like this, from the National Sales Manager at Fuchs UK, it reinforces our belief in the need for a new approach to sales and marketing, and a Modern Sales Plan:

Not only are we beetling about the country from Huddersfield to Exeter, delivering face-to-face training, but we were delighted to sponsor an Award at Pink Spaghetti's conference recently... more below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

It's been a busy month of face-to-face training, and Steve and Rob have relished being back in the room with people!

With online training taking the place of classroom learning for almost 2 years, it's a big, but important, decision both for us as trainers and the companies we work with.

In a moment of quiet, Steve has reflected on the last month and shared some insights on our latest News Item on our website, which is so very relevant... Is face to face Sales Training bank to normal?

We'd love to know your thoughts on returning to face-to-face training, conferences etc. Are you itching to get back out there or do you think online training is the bees knees?

Why not pop over to our Facebook page and let us know?

As you can see from the photos below, Steve and Rob had a blast with the team from Pink Spaghetti PA Services Franchise!

They shared some key points of the PLAN. GROW. DO. training, namely:

* How buyers buy

* How content can help you nurture relationships

* How a sales process helps achieve better outcomes

Caroline, from Pink Spaghetti, had this to say about the session:

We're glad that the delegates seemed to be enjoying themselves too!

We were also delighted to sponsor the Award for Business Growth, and were staggered that the average growth in Pink Spaghetti franchises was an unbelievable 139% over the previous year!

But the winning franchise, which showed huge resilience after losing their biggest client, was the Preston and Surrounds franchise, run by Katie Skinner and Karen Book with a truly whopping percentage growth of 455%!

We've clocked up even more miles with the first round of work with over 40 of Tilia Homes' sales executives across the UK.

Sessions in Huddersfield, Solihull, Bedford and Exeter have been hard work, but great fun, and we have taken advantage of some late sun with sessions outside too!

Like many companies, Tilia has realised it needs a new approach to sales and marketing - the pandemic has pushed us all to better link up our online and offline activities, and we've all worked really hard at developing the first phase of a modern sales approach.

We're looking forward to our final sessions with the teams over the coming weeks - good work everyone!
