LARISSA BERTONASCO // HAMBURG WASSER
Larissa Bertonasco worked on project for HAMBURG WASSER on the history of forced labourers who were interned in Hamburg during the Nazi regime: Over 15,000 Italian men were deported to Hamburg during the Second World War. One of them was Mario Ruga, who was forced to work for the Hamburg waterworks at the age of 23. He recorded his memories in diary entries, three of which Larissa turned into live videos - an appeal against the war and against forgetting. This is the first one.
