The ONE thing YOU can do to eliminate visceral fat in the gut area forever

Let’s talk Visceral Fat!

First let’s get this out of the way: Visceral fat vs Regular fat.

  • Visceral fat is wrapped around your organs.
  • Regular fat, or “subcutaneous” fat, is right under the skin.

Visceral fat is much more dangerous compared to the subcutaneous fat for 4 reasons:

  1. Organ Function: Because it’s right around vital organs (liver, pancreas and intestines) it can directly affect organ function.
  2. Inflammation: Visceral fat releases cytokines, which are inflammatory markers. Chronic inflammation is linked to numerous health problems, including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.
  3. Toxicity: This type of fat produces hormones and chemicals such as adipokines that can disrupt normal metabolic processes. For instance, it can lead to insulin resistance, where the body's cells don't respond properly to insulin, thereby raising blood glucose levels.
  4. Risk of Diseases: Due to its location and the chemicals it releases, visceral fat is associated with a higher risk of serious health conditions, including heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers.

Identifying visceral fat is hard because you can’t see it

The thing is, if your belly is significantly bigger than where it was at your normal weight, the likelihood of you having visceral fat is high.

My goal is not to scare you but if you have an excess of fat in the gut area, this is usually a sign of a metabolism problem such as:

  • Insulin Resistance,
  • Obesity,
  • High Blood Pressure,
  • Diabetes,
  • Cholesterol issues.

And all of these are linked to much more dramatic health risks:

  • Heart Disease,

  • Stroke,
  • Dementia,
  • Etc.

Now let me tell you something: the causes of visceral fat are lifestyle based!

  • Diet: If you have a poor diet, you will directly impair your metabolism and its function. You will tend to store more fat.
  • Alcohol: On top of getting empty calories (they provide no energy), you store them as fat.
  • Sedentary living: We were designed to move around. The less we move, the less calories your body consumes overall.
  • Stress: Stress will push you to consume more food (and more junk foods) to change your emotional state.
  • Sleep: Poor sleep equals poor hormonal regulation: insulin sensitivity (fat storage), cortisol (fat storage), leptin & ghrelin (appetite regulation).

Now let’s be clear:

You’re not going to eliminate your visceral fat by leaving your phone in the kitchen (to improve sleep) or by meditating (to reduce stress).

These are great things to do, but if you’re just getting started, these won’t move the needle for you. I see a lot of people who try drinking more water, sleeping more and stressing less, but they don’t lose any belly fat and they end up giving up.

The ONE thing you can do to eliminate visceral fat in the gut area forever, is to take control of your diet. That’s why it’s on top of the list.

Diet is so powerful as a medicine that it will provide you with 80% of your results.

How would you feel if you were 80% healthier in the next 6-12 months?

Most people do 30 days weight loss programs and they feel great temporarily but what I find is they don’t take into account their current lifestyle and they easily fall off the wagon. They basically can’t keep up

That’s why I created The Normal Diet, it’s based on the science of body fat (pro-hormone) and your specific lifestyle (working long hours, eating out, traveling, family, food preferences, etc.).

When you adopt The Normal Diet, you don’t feel like you have to stick to it and you don’t have to rely on motivation nor discipline

Keto, Fasting, Low carbs and all the other diets are great, but they are hard to stick to. The Normal Diet is to me a much better way to take control of your health in the long term.

I have a training on The Normal Diet, how it works and what you need to do. If you’re interested, check out the link on my main page.
