One Way To Stop Giving Away Your Power.
Hiya - welcome to March's monthly newsletter. Whoop!
In today's brief 5 minute video I provide a little tip that will help people to stop giving away their power.
It's one of those things that we all do and all say (including me I have to catch myself doing this too) yet this can have an impact on how we feel and how our words are received by others.
I felt the need to create this post because it's something I hear so often that people say without even thinking not realising how in that moment people are disempowering themselves and handing their power to other people.
Is that something you really want to be doing?
Watch the vid for more context as I go into more detail as to the what's, hows and whys.... :)
Here's the vid:
Feel free to share this video with others if you feel it'll help them too.
I make no secret of the fact I'm trying to grow my youtube channel so if you like this little vid and fancy having access to hundreds more videos like this (literally) feel free to subscribe there - and don't forget to hit that notification bell so you're notified of all future uploaded content.
In the meantime keep smiling and have a great day. :)
