OnPeak Energy Celebrates Milestone: Successful Energy Audits Enhance Efficiency in Charlotte's Commercial Properties

OnPeak Energy proudly announces the completion of Energy Audits for seven office properties owned by Adler Partners in Charlotte, North Carolina. Following ASHRAE Standard 211-2018 and Commercial Building Energy Audit Procedure, their licensed Professional Engineer conducted a comprehensive survey of building systems, leading to a report with findings and recommendations for Energy Conservation Measures (ECM and WCM). 

Thanks to the audit, we highlighted improvement opportunities like system commissioning and optimization, LED lighting conversion, and HVAC recommissioning, with associated cost and savings analyses. 

The report provided a clear plan for the next steps and ensured ENERGY STAR-specific requirements were met. Adler Partners will implement the recommendations, with OnPeak Energy conducting a peer review to ensure successful outcomes.

After conducting Energy Audits, Adler Partners acted upon the identified opportunities. To ensure the recommended projects were implemented and their results were satisfactory, OnPeak Energy will conduct a peer review analysis.
