To Whom It May Concern

We hereby appeal for public and international attention regarding the systemic injustice

faced by Chinese entrepreneurs and China-based listed companies in Canada, particularly

under the oversight of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). These actions not only

harm individual businesses but also cast a shadow over the reputation of Canada’s

financial markets and its judicial system.

Over the past decade, the OSC and parts of the judicial system have demonstrated

targeted enforcement against Chinese entrepreneurs and China-based companies. These

actions include publicized accusations without thorough investigations, freezing legitimate

funds, and spreading damaging allegations through media campaigns. Two prominent

cases, Sino-Forest Corporation and Wei Zhen Tang Financial Group, exemplify this systemic

bias.

Sino-Forest Corporation: Once a thriving company listed on the Toronto Stock

Exchange, Sino-Forest was prematurely accused of fraud without thorough

investigation, leading to halted trading and devastating reputational damage.

Wei Zhen Tang Financial Group: Wei Zhen Tang faced trial without access to legal

counsel, independent audit reports, or expert witnesses. The jury was composed

without any representation from the Chinese community, leading to a biased and

prejudiced trial outcome.

The OSC and Toronto Police allegedly collaborated to suppress Chinese financial

entrepreneurs, misusing resources and legal systems to freeze accounts and intimidate

investors, perpetuating systemic discrimination.

This misconduct erodes trust in Canada’s investment environment and marginalizes

Chinese entrepreneurs. It also raises broader concerns about the fairness and integrity of

the judicial and regulatory systems.

We urge the Canadian public, media, and international community to: 1. Advocate for an

independent investigation into the OSC and Toronto Police’s actions in these cases. 2.

Support judicial reforms to ensure fairness and representation in trials. 3. Push for

enhanced transparency in regulatory and judicial procedures. 4. Protect the rights of

entrepreneurs and investors from systemic bias and discrimination.

Fairness, transparency, and inclusivity are the pillars of a prosperous financial market. We

hope that by addressing these injustices, Canada can uphold its values of justice and

equality, and restore confidence in its systems.

Thr Donald J. Trump : The resignation of Christopher Wray is a great day for America as it will end the Weaponization of what has become known as the United States Department of Injustice. I just don’t know what happened to him. We will now restore the Rule of Law for all Americans. Under the leadership of Christopher Wray, the FBI illegally raided my home, without cause, worked diligently on illegally impeaching and indicting me, and has done everything else to interfere with the success and future of America. They have used their vast powers to threaten and destroy many innocent Americans, some of which will never be able to recover from what has been done to them. Kash Patel is the most qualified Nominee to lead the FBI in the Agency’s History, and is committed to helping ensure that Law, Order, and Justice will be brought back to our Country again, and soon. As everyone knows, I have great respect for the rank-and-file of the FBI, and they have great respect for me. They want to see these changes every bit as much as I do but, more importantly, the American People are demanding a strong, but fair, System of Justice. We want our FBI back, and that will now happen. I look forward to Kash Patel’s confirmation, so that the process of Making the FBI Great Again can begin. Thank you!
