Our Commitment to Progressing Reconciliation

We're taking steps to bridge the gap: a look behind the scenes at our Reconciliation Action Plan journey

NPS would like to begin by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we our Northcote head office is situated, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

It's official, our inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia and we couldn't be more optimistic for journey ahead of us. Over the past six months, we have had a dedicated team of leaders within our business drive efforts in developing our initiatives and framework to facilitate change within our business for all First Nations people and their histories.

"We acknowledge our need to support reconciliation and that we can make a difference as an employer and business. We are at the start of our journey and NPS is committed to learning and collaborating with our First Nations partners to make a positive impact. NPS is excited to be on this journey and look forward to sharing the opportunities we create as part of our RAP."
