Our Core Values

Our Core Values

We would like to work with people who share the same values and believes.

Architecture: For us, architecture is about people and so our work is always delivered with an acute sense of empathy and pragmatism. Much of our work has a strong humanitarian focus – we are always aware of the positive and progressive values that buildings can deliver to people and communities.

Enduring and Considered Design: We work collaboratively with clients and end users to create enduring and considered designs which serve people and communities, strengthen identity and generate value. We set ourselves apart by listening to our clients’ needs and delivering above and beyond their expectations with thoughtful and innovative design. The success of our work is based on this personal, tailored service where we make sure thatthe highest attention to detail is always given, and programme and budget are adhered to.

Clients: We approach every project through the eyes of the client and end user. The human angle is never an afterthought; it is a fundamental part of the planning process. In every project, we seek to establish a close, collaborative relationship with our clients.

"An Architecture of Hope": This phrase captures our ambition to create places which can change people’s lives. It underpins the work that we do and the reasons why we do it. Through “an architecture of hope”, we are always striving for better buildings and places with positive aspirations and delivering them in a way in which people feel they can trust and rely on us.

Objective: Our objective is always to marry the pragmatic with the aesthetic in a way that results in buildings and places that have a positive impact on people’s lives and are a joy to experience.

Learning: We encourage a collaborative, supportive, and creative work environment where staff have the opportunity to constantly learn and expand skills.

Creativity: We offer adaptability of approach, appropriate, innovative and enduring design, sensitive to location, budget and brief.

Bigger Picture: We seek to engage with and raise awareness of issues that transcend the built environment.

Conduct: We conduct ourselves considerately, respectfully and with care and choose to work with people who will behave in the same way.

If you share our values, we would like to hear from you.
