So, to bring you up to speed, -> UMG, BMG, WEA, SONY, SPUKIFY, and the hundreds of labels they own between them appear to me to have been caught ‘balls deep’ in a global conspiracy destroy the real, authentic independent music industry we had and replace it with a toothless, voiceless proxy—a fake, AI bot-clone facsimile , an Orwellian Newspeak nightmare—>

It clinks, clonks, and gary glitters like a dissonant music box, Just a saccharine plastic replica of the music world we enjoyed, loved even and as we reach the fabled omega point, things are speeding up, more and more truth is coming to light and everyday their tunnel to hell gets deeper and deeper… and the shock and horror of what they did gets more profound!

How many among you remember when CD’s and Vinyl records had this text printed on them?

“All rights of the producer and of the owner of the work reproduced reserved. Unauthorised copying, hiring, lending, public performance and broadcasting of this recording prohibited.”

Do you know that people actually went to jail for breaking this law! …. how in the world did the majors and Spukify get away with it? This planned theft and betrayal from and of every single songwriter and producer in the WORLD?

Meeting Smaug The Smug Egg Headed Toad!

In late 2005 or early 2006, I had the dubious honour of speaking with Daniel Ek (Smaug The Smug Egg Headed Toad) and he told me of his plans to upload the entire music catalogue onto the internet and make it available for free! he actually asked me to help him!… but I said no way! I told him it was illegal! I told him in no uncertain terms that what he was proposing was completely again the law and that PRS, BASCA the BPI, and all other legal bodies would come down on him like a ton of bricks!

So, how did they get away with it?

Well my merry droogs, your humble narrator James is going to edify you—

The short answer to this is - blackmail, bribery, corruption, deceit, lies, falsifying records and ‘the revolving door effect’.

They played a long game, putting ‘their’ compromised people into positions of power in the very organisations we trusted to protect us! Like the PRS, BASCA, BPI, BMI, ASCAP, etc

These organisations were trusted by millions of songwriters worldwide and were tasked with protecting our work, but instead they seemingly allowed themselves and their organisations to be infiltrated, circumvented, blackmailed, bribed and and corrupted by Spukify and the majors! (A coalition I like to call Spunk-Puke)

It’s no secret to any discerning sleuth that Spunk-Puke all met and discussed, erm, well let’s just call it what it was, they ‘CONSPIRED’ to get around the law, (There are even copies of the meetings minutes online and even a contract with Spukify / Sony leaked online… got get them!!!)

Spukify offered the majors shares in their company and showed them how this scam could work!

Spukify agreed to be used as the thermite in this controlled demolition—this 9/11 of the music industry!

Spukify lied through their teeth to you, to the American congress no less, and through their pretty little pamphlets and press releases 'Loud And Clear' they proclaimed pfff… all just expensive fancy twaddle, stinky navel fluff, just to appease the gullible 'marks'.

But Spukify had the majors had one problem:

They realised that they would have to sell this lie to the public and to do they did this used a simple magic trick:

Like a magic trick, their inside job scam had three stages;

1. The ‘Pledge’ or The ‘Promise’: “We will make sure artists and bands get paid a fair share; ‘cos it’s better than Napster and the pirates are bad.”

2. The Turn: “Oops! oh dear, Sadly we can’t pay all our own workers 100K each AND also pay you artists anything at all. …..Sorry, guys …but at least we aren’t pirates…

3. The Prestige: “Hey, look! We’ve sold you all out, hook line and sinker to the majors!… and have slithered off with a billion each, ‘Yay!’… (promise. we only accidentally become billionaires in the process.)

Magic trick over! : Job complete! #confetti #champagne!

Now, and this is the real kicker!!!!

Now, all that the majors (or all of their label fronts) have to do is sit back, cook the numbers, cook the books, and pump out garbage to be gobbled up by a world of ‘marks’ who don’t realize they are living in a fake Universal matrix. It’s just a couple of keystrokes in the Spukify computer which the majors now own, lock stock and barrel!

You want Bruno Mars to have a billion streams in a month!…hey, no problemo, here you go- bleep bloop, 1,000,000,000… you want a true indie to get no traction at all? bleep bleep, hocus pokus, hey presto, abracadabra and poof! Streams disabled…. de-platformed. boo hoo. :) #sad face

Or in my case… you release a song called ‘The Worlds Biggest Paving Slab’ by a new indie band called English Teacher and bloop bloop: 228 plays #confetti #champagne!

… but as soon as you sign them to Island Records UK whoopee fucking do, 6,000,000+ plays, suddenly they are playing Glastonbury, winning a Mercury Best New Album , and the Rolling Stone Magazine ‘Best Break Through Act of the Year’… funny how that didn’t happen in 2019 when we released the song originally?

If Spukify worked as advertised then wouldn’t it of gone viral then?

‘The Worlds Biggest Paving Slab’ only became a hit in 2023 when Island Records UK got their hands on it, (re-recorded it, scrubbed the 2019 version from the internet and airbrushed my name off everything!) and the re-released it pretending it was all brand new…. (check Wikipedia if you don't believe me!) and massaged the figures nicely, with the full collaboration of Spukify and Spunk-Puke ... get the picture now?

So why do people upload to Spukify its it doesn’t actually work? <- good question?

Spukify is all fake, and the only thing keeping this poney baloney muppet-puppet show alive is the world of ‘marks’ believing in it!

‘Dance of Little Quislings’

The goal of the conspiracy is not jut money but the total domination of the ‘reality creating’ consciousness in your mind, man! I don’t want to get too hippy dippy with you but this is what we might call ‘FULL SPECTRUM DOMINANCE’

They planned to install a global muppets-puppets parade: Populated entirely by morally compromised marionettes. Ideally cloned robot half-lings. It’s a masquerade ball! a ‘Dance of Little Quislings’—> They are moon-blinked and blackmailed at P. Diddy style parties which was run like the ‘Epstein Island’ of the entertainment industry.

'The Dance of Doom'

Many artists and bands dance towards the panpipes to their doom. The demons, lead them with hypnotic music like a Pied Piper towards their own enslavement.

Inch by inch, the new artists and bands approach the gates of hell, dancing, chanting, wriggling, and clapping, a cacophony of excited kindergarten kids, singing 'Ring-a-Ring o’ Roses'— only to fall like lemmings into hades, the abyss, into Baphomet’s clutch.

We’ve been imploring, shouting and screaming, “Turn back! Turn back!” but couldn’t be heard over the clapping and chanting of the ignorant masses or marks and their secretive major-label-loving attack-dog fan-boy skank-whores. “UM RA, REY, UM RA REY, AND WE ALL FALL DOWN” they chant in unison.

PRS for Music just proudly announced just now 2024 that this year they will be paying out 900 million to UK songwriters. Meanwhile: The CEO of Universal, received $303.6 million in 2021 which is MORE than EVERY UK SONGWRITER COMBINED!

And The Spukify execs have scurried off with a 1/3 of a billion dollars each. So that's about 6 billion to a handful of them… and 1 billion to you… roughly….

If you really want answers…ASK THEM!!

1. Ask the majors about the true payouts?

2. Ask Spukify about their ‘secret deal with the majors?

3. Ask the majors what they get paid per stream?

4 Ask them what they charge their own artists for ‘Spukify Adverts’ that Spukify give them for FREE!

5. Ask them what they pay independent artists per stream.

6. Ask Daniel Ek why he invested 100+ million in the weapons industry?

7. Ask Spukify what percentage of SPukify is now controlled by Yhe Spunk-Puke collective of majors.

I MEAN GUYS, I FEEL LIKE I’M TAKING HAPPY PILL HERE ? OMG!! WTAF ?

My main point is do you really trust these ‘war mongering’ 'freak-off financing' reprobates, creeps who have no discernible moral compass to be ‘honest’ about streaming numbers and paying you your money?.. Especially now this scam is making them so amazingly wealthy? Really?… Get Real guys?

It Is The End Of Artistic Freedom

Don’t expect artistic freedom. It’s over. Spunk-Puke can tap whatever bollocks they like into the streaming figures now, a few keystrokes and you’ll all be clapping and singing along to ‘Lets All Embrace Satan's linga’ a theoretic new song by Universal / Island Records UK act ‘Baby Oil Bloom’

They can pump, boost and promote anything they like, as long as it is in line with their globalist agenda. Add AI songs into the mix, and they can strangle ANY payouts to ANYONE… and if that doesn’t work and by some miracle you have a hit they’ll refuse to pay ‘cos they’ll claim you used bots!

The only way to beat them is to not join them! … No streaming, No majors!

Because if you do they will find a way to smash your head against the glass ceiling… because at the very root of everything they deep down believe they are special and different to you!

The New Music Industry And Their Vampiric Neophytes

The real demons, and their eager vampiric neophytes laugh, giggle, and jump up and down with excitement as they squirt drugged baby oil onto the chosen innocents, into their mouths and other orifices.

Bedazzled and frazzled with poisons, these innocents are led, barely conscious, into locked rooms and subjected to ritualistic acts filmed for blackmail.

But the Spunk-Puke ‘music industry’ is just a thin, dirty, smudged, corrupted and evil facsimile of the original, Because, what you see—> is all fake!—a charade, a mirage, an illusion, a cheap magic trick! Final Warning

If you play their game, once you reach a certain level, they will either try to control, destroy your reputation or kill you. There’s a glass ceiling to your potential. Once you hit it, they will ALL gang up and do anything to stop you from fulfilling your potential. Sure, you might make a few grand, but that the limit.

This ceiling is like a dome over everything— like the capstone that hovers above the pyramid and separated from it. Crossing this gap comes at a cost— a cost I personally was not willing to pay.
