About Our Programs

Our individual programs are designed to prevent mental ill health and suicidality within your organisation (businesses, sporting bodies, overarching organisations and education).

Our programs, designed specifically for you by our globally awarded team in neuroscience, psychology, employee engagement and wellness alongside the founder of the leading rehabilitation facility in the world, will be designed to mitigate burnout and accelerate levels of support for the key decision makers within the organisation, ensuring complete strategic care-taking of the entire workforce. 

Our peak performance and futurist division can work with your organisation or workplace. We can provide coaches and experts in elite human behaviour, addressing and solving concerns including mental ill health, wellbeing, sleep, performance mindset and nutrition. We provide custom end-to-end strategies for peak performance, combatting executive burnout and navigating connectedness in the remote workplace. We have made the executive decision to redeploy our internal team from their existing roles in research and development of new technologies, to be available for Organisational Peak Performance.

Dr Roy Sugarman - Strategy Lead

Dr Roy Sugarman is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society's Colleges of Clinical Neuropsychologists and Clinical Psychologists, of the Royal Charter of Psychologists in the UK, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Neuropsychology and Faculty of PaediatricNeuropsychology, and the American Psychological Association. He has had input into major corporations' corporate health including programs at IBM, Intel, Sheraton, Walgreens, Cisco, Sony, SAP, Wesfarmers, Google, Johnson and Johnson, United Health Group, Optum Behavioral Solutions, Union Pacific Railroads, Box Media, EXOS, and others, historically including Aviva Insurance and Singapore Armed Forces, Sun Life in Manila and Orix in Japan, FWD worldwide as well as US Soccer and the University of San Francisco.

Amanda Johnstone - Strategy Lead

Amanda is a technologist, inventor and impact investor. Her focus on social health through the use of emerging technologies drives her vision of a transhumanist future. As the CEO, Amanda is committed to working with the team to enhance both peer to peer and human to computer relationships through a series of technologies, including brain to computer interface, mobile, AI and machine learning.

Her past client projects include Ramsay Healthcare and development of the strategic planning for suicide prevention for the Youth Suicide Intervention Retreat. She is the Founder and Product Manager of award winning Be A Looper - a free suicide prevention and risk mitigation mental wellbeing app used in 87 countries.

An innovator and inventor in the space of measuring and quantifying human emotion, Amanda created the patents "Method for deriving and storing emotional conditions of humans" and "Methods for tracking and responding to mental health statuses".

In 2019, Amanda was awarded the honour of becoming 1 of 10 Next Generation Leaders under 35 for her work in technology and suicide prevention by Time Magazine.

Where We Are:

Our team are stationed currently in the United Kingdom, Australia, United States, Canada and Jordan. Due to COVID19 the majority of the workload will be completed following social distancing protocol.
