Our office plan for COVID-19 safety

Anyone coming to the office should wear and use personal protective equiptment. We have gloves available and will have facemasks here this week.

Right now there is no evidence that building waste needs additional disinfection. Frequent hand washing, gloves and use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer by anyone handling waste will support good personal hygiene practices.

Soap is available in the bathrooms, but management has not provided paper towels. If you need paper towels, please see our admin office. We have some available. Please let us know if there are any issues with sinks that need addressing.

Alcohol-based sanitizer is available in admin office.

Use caution in frequently touched surfaces in common areas. We will be sanitizing them regularly throughout the day, but water machine, conference room, elevators and buttons and other areas are high risk areas.

We have cleaning supplies available in the admin office. Please drop by if you would like to borrow and use to clean your personal area.

No special ventilation precautions are recommended for residential or commercial buildings. The spread of COVID-19 or coronaviruses from person-to-person over long distances, such as through HVAC systems, has not been shown. Check working windows and both supply and exhaust ventilation systems for proper operation per usual procedures.

Contact us to to schedule extra cleanings and help provide a sense of comfort to the occupants in the office.

Thanks to Marin Organization for this information.
