Work Profile

• Lead Generation - You will be involved in generating leads from various platforms/social media and job pls.
• Sourcing & Screening - Sourcing candidates on social media and reach them with regards to various opportunities available. Screen them thoroughly before recommending internally
• Interview & Assessment - You will be responsible for initial rounds of interview
• Selection & Onboarding - Guide the candidate throughout till selection and onboarding.
• Induction - Once selected you will be responsible for a formal induction training to make the candidate comfortable working in a new environment.
• Team player - One should be a team player and manage the team. You not only need to be build a healthy tean but also retain your team.
