Outlook Celebrate 15 years in East London

knowledge combined with the provision of outstanding customer service, has been the bedrock of our success over the years. I’m aware we aren’t nuclear physicists or brain surgeons but our passion for property is undiminished and the excitement we feel about where our part of London is heading remains inspirational.

 As we look to the future and the next decade and beyond, I sense that East London has an exciting journey ahead. The vast ongoing regeneration and expansion

It is with a great sense of pride that Outlook celebrates its 15th birthday in July 2016 and although my Partner Daniel Barbanel and I have been in property for nearly 60 years combined, I feel we have come a long way from the early days at our first branch in Leyton.

As East Londoners, we always hoped the part of London that we grew up in would obtain the same opportunities other parts of London had experienced. It was noticeable as young men that East London lacked the investment required to grow and flourish to the benefit of the people that lived here. In time since we started our business East London has grown quicker than anywhere else in the UK. We feel most fortunate to have grown with the area we call home and watch the enormous changes take place. And they have been monumental!!!

 We grew our Branch network every year from inception until the 2007 financial crises hit us all. During these worrying times our Lettings teams worked diligently to support our business whilst our Sales operation came to the fore after 2011. We always knew that after winning the Olympic Games in July 2005, things would never be the same again and we grew our business to reflect this new and exciting environment. We now provide property advice covering all East London postcodes.

 We are property people through and through as were our relatives before us. We believe that we know our area better than our competitors and that

of housing and commercial property in our area will only add to the trendy label that East London has acquired and make it an even more desirable place to live. With Crossrail coming on line in 2018, the ability to travel to Europe and beyond by rail and air and access to the largest budget for regeneration in Europe, East London is coming of age and not before time.

 We feel very privileged to have played our small part in the East London story and look forward to contributing to the future growth of this new frontier.
