Overhead crane & Jib Crane Project in Chile

Brief introduction

This project is for our old Chile customer, who remanufacturing of multi-brand pumps. 

Due to the stable work performance and sound reputation of our previous crane projects, customer keeped on work with us for their new workshop, which need 5 sets of wall mounted jib cranes, 2 sets of column mounted jib crane and 1 set of overhead crane. 

(1) All the jib cranes & overhead cranes are of Europe style design with Kito style electric chain hoists, Schneider electricals, Schneider VFD; overehad crane is of German ABM geared motors; 

(2) Due to the limited height of workshop, we offer customer the lowhead room design for the wall mounted jib crane, which make the effective lifting height increase 1 m at least.  

(3) Key parameters:

  a) Wall mounted Jib crane. 2 ton, Load; 4m Jib length; 4m HOL; Slewing angle: 180o; 

  b) Column mounted jib crane. 3 ton load; 4m Jib length; 4m HOL; Slewing angle:360o;  

  c) Overhead crane. 5 ton load; 15m span; 6m HOL;
