Small shaped potatoes ball, as water melon ball by using chef working

scope or melon ball is just a simple things  accompanying dish for any hot main course

 as beef, lamb, or fish or any main dish but is how wonderful if is well prepared.

Ingredients for 10(pax)

2kg  potatoes, peeled 3 tablespoons extra-virgin

olive oil

Frying oil 3 tablespoons butter 60grm garlic cloves, chopped salt and pepper,

to taste Parsley, chopped for garnish

Bread crumb

Parmesan cheese Instruction: Using a melon baller, make small potato balls,

5 to 7 are needed per person. They can be made in advance and kept in cold water. Place balls in a saucepan covering them completely in cold water, bring

to a boil then remove from heat, drain and pat dry. 

Sautee the ball again with the garlic and parsley and butter,salt, pepper and leave it aside to cool’

Mix the parmesan cheese ,bread crumb, and parsley and chopped garlic Heat 

the frying oil over medium heat,  soak add the Parisian potato balls,  ith the

mix of the parmesan cheese ,bread crumbs, parsley  covering all ,then serve with Seville or Tyrolienne sauce
