I am looking for a position in Real Estate where I can use my talent and experience to help our clients achieve their goals.

I have written and posted articles on Facebook and LinkedIn virtually every workday for nearly five years. If I remember correctly, LinkedIn has me down for posting over 430 articles over that period of time. Those articles got people from all over the United States calling or writing to me asking for my advice and help. I have had a very interesting professional life, and I have some great stories; I call them “War Stories.” They will keep you amused while making a point. My storytelling skills will keep you entertained while I share valuable insights.

Before my career as a Realtor, I spent over 50 years as a practicing Certified Public Accountant. During this time, I negotiated the sale of one of my clients to E I DuPont, among many other successful negotiations. I valued businesses, worked on lawsuits with attorneys, and was an expert witness. My income tax education, knowledge, experience, creativity, and expertise surpass that of any other Commercial Realtor in the United States. This extensive experience sets me, PAUL LEVINE, apart and should give you confidence in my ability to help you navigate the latest income tax laws related to Real Estate to save and/or defer income taxes, create cash flow, and achieve your investment goals.
