On pausing. And unpausing.

On pausing. And unpausing.

So here we are, at the end of the school holidays.

I am now mum to a newly minted 16 year old (birthday was yesterday!) who has 10 GCSEs to his name, and who will be joining our local grammar school to do A-Levels.

I don't think I will ever forget the emotion of results day, and just how rightly proud he was of himself.

Year 11 was tough, he committed himself and earned the reward he sought.

This year has been momentous for us both - many moments that have considerable bearing on the future.

For him - his education; for me - the shifting role of mum.

This year, unlike the years before, there have been many moments without him - golf competitions, camping with friends and time with his lovely new girlfriend.

All signs of the future to come.

As we move into the new academic year I am met with a deep sense of having to find new parts of me, coupled with a keen awareness that this is simply the start of this era and in 24 months the world will shift again.

So what does this mean?

Well - back to business.

  • I have three 1:1 coaching spaces open from September. You can choose 3 or 6 months of intense 1:1 support, combining online coaching sessions with Voxer support between. So if you're an ambitious, high achiever who wants to get clarity on the future but whose self doubt is too loud, let's have a chat.

  • If you're a people director/HRD and are aware that you have senior female executives who are struggling to maintain forward focus, please reach out.
  • I'm also scoping out the need for a professional development membership. If you are a woman in business OR leadership and are seeking to create new connections as well as gain peer support and some targeted professional development, it would be wonderful if you could join the waitlist and answer some questions to help me create the best offer I can. You can sign up HERE.
  • If you're curious about using assessments or quizzes to grow your business but don't know where to start, please drop me a DM.
  • My book 'Seriously Good Quizzes' will be out later this year and will give you practical guidance grounded in science to help you create quizzes that are based on science and not fluff. If you want to stay up to date with progress and get early access please join the wait list HERE.

So there we are, new year, new momentum and some new offers.
