PcbDoc format files to PCB Gerber 274-X format files

Because we need Gerber files during production, To Keep PCB file accuracy, it is generally suggested that our customers provide Gerber files ( Gerber 274-X format)because the data may be missing during the conversion process. Hope you can understand.

At the same time, I will also ask our engineering department to check your original document PCB files( PcbDoc format).

The following are the specific operations for converting PcbDoc format to Gerber 274-X format：

1. Files---Fabrication Output---Gerber files

2. In the pop-up [Gerber Setup] dialog box, select [Inches] for [Units], and select [*.gbr] for [Outputs: FileName.Extension].

3. Switch to the [Layers to plot] tab, select the [Select Used] option in the [Plot Layers] drop-down list, and then check the layer that needs to be output.

4. Switch to the [Advanced] tab, check the [Generate DRC Rules export file(.RUL)] checkbox, and then click the [Apply] button.

5. After getting the output preview, just close the preview.

6. No need to save, click the [Don't Save] button.

And Export NC Drill Files drilling files

1. Switch back to the PCB editing interface and execute the [File] → [Fabrication Output] → [NC Dri Files] command in the menu bar to set the output settings for vias and mounting holes.

2. In the pop-up [NC Dril Settings] dialog box, select [Inches] for [Unit], select [2:4] for [Format], check the [Abandon Leading Zeros] check box, and check [Generate EIA Binary Drill] Drill File (.DRL)] check box and click the [OK] button.

3. Multiple [Import Drilling Data] dialog boxes will pop up, just click the [OK] button.

4. After getting the output preview, just close the preview.

5. No need to save, click the [Don't Save] button.
