Client Case Study

Meet Michael, a 27 year old living with Hypoxic Brain Injury, Depression and Aspergers. ONCALL stepped in to provide In-Home services for Michael and bring ease to his day-to-day.

How did ONCALL support Michael?

• Seizure Management with Midazolam 
• Support with activities of daily living

• Occupational Therapy - ONCALL's OT was engaged to provide assessments & supports to compliment Michaels needs

With the aim of preventing further complications and subsequent hospitalisations, ONCALL's Nurse Educator Visited the home regularly to ensure that staff had been appropriately trained and were managing the client's care needs appropriately.

• Training to use Eye Gazing programs on a daily basis
• Ongoing strengthening exercise programs with our Physiotherapist
