The perfect remote career for anyone
Hello my friend,
I hope you’re well.
Let me tell you about Ajay.
We met two months ago when he reached and offered to help fill some of my open roles.
He had just started his own recruitment business.
As we worked together, I noticed he needed guidance—not just in recruitment but in understanding the business.
So, I showed him the ropes.
A month in, Ajay said something that stuck with me:
And a few weeks ago:
Honestly, this frustrates me.
It’s hard to believe that someone as smart, hard-working, and dedicated as Ajay could spend two years in recruitment without getting the proper guidance to understand the business.
It’s frustrating because it shouldn’t be this way.
I’ve heard this before.
My friend Murray has been trying to start his recruitment business for two years. He’s spent a lot on expensive coaching programs but got nowhere.
We started talking, and I gave him the direction he needed. He said the same thing Ajay did.
After helping Ajay and Murray, I started thinking about how to help more people in the same way.
And yesterday, something happened that pushed me to take action.
A client came to me in a desperate situation.
They needed a VA, fast. I asked Ajay to help. He said he could get candidates by tomorrow.
Ajay was hesitant, but I pushed him.
He found a good candidate, but she flaked before the interview.
Time was running out.
With 4 hours to go, he found another candidate. I interviewed him on the spot and convinced the client to do the same.
In fact while the client was still in another meeting, I stayed on Zoom with the candidate. We talked about everything from the weather to his favorite Netflix show, just to keep him going.
The world’s most intense small talk session…
Client finally came on.
And like I said: interviewed her, talked to her boss and bam and 30 minutes later gave the go-ahead.
Ajay made his first placement ever!
I was so high that I couldn’t sleep after that, so I got up and created something I’ve been thinking about for a while—a free Telegram group for people wanting to start or grow their recruitment business.
In this group, I’ll share the same strategies that helped Ajay land his first placement and guided Murray to get his business on track.
If you’re serious about starting or expanding your recruitment business, or getting into recruitment or HR as a remote based career (very lucrative right now), this group is for you.
