Stages 1 & 2:

· 65% LTV bridging loan to acquire the property.

· After the relevant planning permission was in place.100% funding for the cost of converting it into 4 flats via a refurbishment loan.

Stage 3:

· After works were completed, exit was provided to above loan.

· A 3 year bridge-to-let facility gave the borrower the flexibility

· The product provided a 7 month ERC free period at the start of the term, within which Client could sell some (or all) of the units without penalty.

· From month 8 onwards it will become a serviced BTL loan once the remaining units are let.

The client was provided the certainty from day one regarding the funding on offer throughout their project.

Available throughout mainland England and Wales and minimum loan size is £150,000.
