PICK THE ROW
I SAW THIS PHOTO WITH THE CAPTION " IN LIFE YOU CAN PICK THE FIRST ROW OR THIRD ROW"
I immediately knew i had to write a post on it.
IN BUSINESS WE CAN WORK TO PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT PLACE OUR CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS IN THE FIRST ROW OR LEAVE THEM IN THAT THIRD ROW without exit barriers to protect us from the leaving, and they will soon leave us or not accept our proposal in the first place.
We need to really get to know our prospect and our customers and clients, we need to stay in close touch with them so they know we are thinking about them and their best interests (people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care)
So my question to you is: What are you doing to place your prospect clients and customers in the front row?and as an afterthought to be honest we need to think this way about our internal customers as well.
