Piedmont is setting new standards in the aviation industry with our latest milestone achievement: 78 days of cancel-free operations. This achievement dates to September 23, 2023, and passes the previous record set by Endeavor Airlines in 2021. “This milestone is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team,” said Stephanie Gabis, Senior Director of Operational Strategy. Piedmont is committed to safely connecting passengers along life's journey, no matter the challenge.

As our fleet continues to grow headed into 2024, so does our need to hire qualified pilots...In 2023, Piedmont announced a type rating bonus and extended our pilot experience bonus! Those who join Piedmont can kickstart their journey towards American Airlines while being among the highest-paid pilots in the regional industry. Learn more through the story below:
