Where can you visit this weekend without leaving your home?

With the Easter Bank holiday fast approaching we’re sure that the thought of four work-free days with limited access to the outside world is a little daunting. We think you will agree that there is only so much television you can get through in one day, let alone four!

To help shake up your weekend and introduce some culture, we have put together a list of family friendly places and events you can visit and attend from your home without breaking lockdown legislation.

London, UK

For musical fans, Andrew Lloyd Webber has set up a YouTube Channel called ‘The Shows Must Go On’. Every Friday at 7pm he will release a full length musical which will be available for 48 hours. This Friday he will be showing ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’.

Washington DC, USA

Ever wanted to go to America and visit the White House? Well now you can…sort of! Follow this link and Install the Google Arts & Culture app to explore virtual reality tours. You will learn the history of the White House and be able to explore the art and décor of this world-renowned building. 

Paris, France

Take a tour of the Musée D’Orsay here. This is an online exhibit, showing the history of the building itself, from the former Orsay Station to the Renovated Musée.
