los PLC son como los celebros humanos unos mas rápidos y otros mas lentos , todos necesitan de descanso y mantenimiento o regeneración , jajaja en los años 74 metido en los hornos a foso de los trenes 500 y 800 de laminación , ya utilizábamos los plc con reley automáticos , por ejemplo las válvulas de control PCV , de alimentación de los hornos a foso , la controlábamos de diferentes maneras neumática y electrónica desde un pulpito de control , utilizando posicionadores neumáticos de 4 a 28 psi y 4 a 20 mv , jajaja no existía ni los teléfonos ni la internet , solo el talento humano, por eso hoy en dia hago hincapié en que los plc solos no pueden trabajar , es necesario contar con buenos sensores que transmitan las señales adecuadamente , además de los otros componentes del loop , quiero decir que no basta solamente un plc para controlar el nivel de un tanque , recomiendo también montar su LG con sus alarmas de bajo y alto nivel , como inspector técnico seria bueno siempre revisar el estado de los plc , la RAM , SSD, CPU, GPUO asi como la verificación y calibración de cada uno de los sensores y algo que muchas veces no se toma en cuenta (su alimentación de trabajo).
