1). Traffic Guide

1.1). If you are going from the airport to the exhibition center, you can choose the following methods:

1.1.1). Shanghai Pudong International Airport:

  • Maglev high-speed train:

The whole journey takes about 43 minutes. Take the maglev train directly from Exit 1 of the airport (towards Longyangkou) and get off at Longyang Road without leaving the subway station.

Transfer to Line 7 (towards Huamu Road) at Longyang Road subway station, sit for 1 stop, and get off at Huamu Road.

Finally, exit from Exit 2 and walk for about 4 minutes to arrive at Visitor Registration Office No. 2.

  • Subway:

The whole journey takes about 1 hour and 12 minutes. Take Metro Line 2 (towards Xujing East) directly from the Airport Subway Station, ride 11 stops, get off at Longyang Road Station, and stay at the subway station.

Transfer to Line 7 (towards Huamu Road) at Longyang Road Subway Station, ride 1 stop, and get off at Huamu Road Station.

Finally, exit from Exit 2 and walk for about 4 minutes to arrive at Visitor Registration Office No. 2.

  • Taxi:

It is expected to take 42 minutes, about 33 kilometers. Exit Gate 8 on the arrival floor of the airport, walk a distance toward Gate 9, stop in front of Gate 14, and you will see the taxi boarding area

1.1.2). Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport:

  • Subway:

The whole journey takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Take Metro Line 2 (towards Pudong International Airport) directly from the Airport Subway Station, ride 16 stops, get off at Longyang Road Station, and stay at the subway station.

Transfer to Line 7 (towards Huamu Road) at Longyang Road Subway Station, ride 1 stop, and get off at Huamu Road Station.

Finally, exit from Exit 2 and walk about 4 minutes to arrive at Visitor Registration Office No. 2.

  • Taxi:

Taxi is estimated to be 60 minutes, about 27 kilometers. After picking up your luggage, go out of Gate 2 on the arrival floor and walk left. You will see the taxi pick-up point.

Note: If you encounter difficulties while taking the subway or taxi, you can find airport staff, or if you encounter difficulties when changing subways, you can find uniformed subway staff for help.

1.2). If you are going to the exhibition center from the hotel where you live, you can choose the following methods:

  • Subway travel:

It is recommended to take the subway to the nearest station "Huamu Road Station" Exit 2, follow the road signs, and walk about 4 minutes to reach the exhibition site.

  • Taxi:

You can wave directly on the road and stop a taxi directly. However, please note that there will be many cars near the exhibition venue during the exhibition, so don't go out at a certain time, and reserve some time when there may be traffic jams.

  • Self-driving guide:

There is a large parking lot at the exhibition site, which allows multiple vehicles to park. Please pay attention to the parking signs on site and follow the staff's guidance to park in an orderly manner.

2). Emergency services

To ensure your safety and worry-free participation in the exhibition, we provide the following emergency service information:

  • Medical emergency points:

There are medical emergency points at the exhibition site, equipped with professional medical staff and emergency equipment. If you feel unwell or other emergencies, please immediately seek help from the staff and go to the medical emergency point.

  • Lost and Found:

If you lose something during the exhibition, please go to the Lost and Found Office for consultation. The staff will try their best to help you find your lost property based on the information you provide.

  • Safety Exit:

Please pay attention to the safety exit signs and evacuation routes at the exhibition site. In an emergency, please remain calm and evacuate in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the staff.
