Police State

WH 3 A Police state – A culture of captivity has been created here. There is another story in the bible about the jewish people asking God to give them a king. More or less, God answers, “you don’t really want this; powerful selfish country leaders will abuse you, hurt you and kill you and your children – suffering widespread.” That has been proven the case over the last several thousand years. There is a very bad down side to having too powerful country or organizational leaders. There should be no positions of kings or queens in this world anymore. Elected officials are essentially the same as all-powerful rulers in many countries. Corrupted, bought officials can control organizations from the top down almost all the time in what they want to happen or not happen. Once corrupted, selfless people will not be allowed to advance. Once corrupted, organizations often have to be replaced. Many government rulers all over the world are murderers and killers. You probably do not have to look past your own country to see this somewhere in time, if not now. You the kind people need to wake up and see that there exist people not like yourself!

In the U.S. a person can be corrupt and buy or kill their way to the presidency and then have the power to pardon the people who took the blame or who got caught helping them along the way. This has happened. It is not hard to place a fix if this type of system is continued. In the U.S. simply give the authority to the U.S. House to approve by majority vote all the pardons a president wishes to give out. Another way to escape being convicted of a crime is to never get charged in the first place. This has also happened in the U.S. very recently. These corrupt people who have betrayed the people to which they were supposed to serve should not find comfort or benefit, the rest of their life until they come clean with the Truth. If you control the Legal department then one may never get charged for corruption. In the U.S., place the Justice Dept. directly under the Senate and not the president and the people will be safer. I do not like to give temporal advice like this because time changes things, but I thought a couple examples for this country would be particularly relevant to limiting the power of “service officials,” even elected ones everywhere. The white house has not been pure and spiritually white for a long, long time – I’d suggest calling it the “ego house today.”

The western U. S. culture has taken a terribly wrong turn when it was decided to make the Justice system instead a legal system, and use ad infinitum ad nauseam written laws to further define how people should behave and how they were to be “punished” when conflict arose. The current U.S. system is a “letter of the law” system instead of an “Intention” based Justice system. The trouble is the written word can be manipulated without end and takes forever to arrive at conclusions when one is looking at the letter of the law instead of the intention. As has been seen, one can debate the literal meaning of the pronouns and verbs used to write the law when using letter of the law written statements as the basis of law. Those better at manipulating words are better at the legal system. Lawyers make a living by being trained at understanding words and sentences, and then manipulating the spoken word and written word, and thus manipulating people with them. That is why so many of your politicians came from lawyer training. None of these should exist in a healthy world.

Instead of “law enforcement officers” there used to be and needs to be again “Justices of the Peace.” That alone should define the goals, approach and criteria for Justice to be obtained within Society. Law is often used to manufacture corruption and illicit gain. Justice is better.

It has been said that ignorance of the law is no excuse but that is absolutely not true. Today there are so many laws written that even judges have to look them up along with case law, on and on. No simple person of their own could possibly represent themself in a court of law in the US. today. Keep in mind and what most people do not know is that lawyers who became judges are not there to protect you. They may know exactly what you should say and do or what laws to cite but they won’t tell you because they have taken the position that they must be ignorantly impartial. That means the rich who can hire more and better lawyers than you, though expensive, will be more likely to win. When there exists a financial bias to justice there is no justice. That is exactly the case today in U.S. Courts today on all levels. The meek and mild, non-manipulative and caring or sharing are discriminated against and harmed in today’s world societies and from governments. The selfless are my people. Wary to those who continue for a millisecond to harm my people, for my people should be your people, together as one society with individual freedom to make choices and be creatively different – all following the God path put before them as best they can choose.

Everything you do, say, make or interact with now is legally set and intellectually codified in the U. S., allowing for virtually no personal freedom anymore, of thought or action and even speech. Empowering much of it is the financial drive behind all functioning in the U. S. and world – money. If you get a traffic ticket in Texas, it isn’t paid, then if you get stopped in Arizona you will get arrested, handcuffed and taken to jail until you pay your ticket in Texas. Is that really how you want to operate society based on punishment, fear and imprisonment all tightly hinged to money?

Driving now is essential to function in most places; and States, for financial reasons, have decided to enforce other state’s traffic citations for mutual financial benefit. So much of what people do today requires daily interaction with operating a vehicle. Is it really right to be handcuffed and taken to jail for a traffic ticket unpaid somewhere! There are even laws commanding you to wear a seatbelt in your own car or get fined. This is the financial legal control imposed upon supposedly free people. Before the invention of the automobile policing was probably more likely friendly and service oriented to most people. Today, you are most likely to interact with police based on your automobile and that interaction is mostly negative and punitive. This aspect and effect on people and society is damaging. Better to have guidelines than laws surrounding the use of a car. When accidents happen, those not following the common guidelines of driving could be held to the greater burden of recovery or justice.

Laws have been passed to punish you for “NOT” doing things, - is this the degree to which society is going to force an individual to do something. In other areas like medicine the costs of the current legal principality foster lawsuits and excessive wastes. Punishment and the fear of lawsuit = workings of money, have created an incredibly inefficient medical system that society cannot bear the cost thereof. We act like people are not supposed to die. The current legal system is an absurdity, corrupt and run by people whose egos are so big they have less chance than the camel going through the eye of a needle. The best attorneys I know left the business and did something else. They know it is first and foremost a self-serving business and corrupt. Lawyers become judges and continue the dive into intellectual imprisonment, bias and inequality in the law. I’m sure there are a few that would actually like the system to work fairly but they know it does not. Anyone who practiced law knows this is true. There is a better way. Figure it out.

I know many medical students who became doctors. I’d say 85% cared about people when they started and about 15% cared by the time they got into the current real world of business. For people that went to law school I’d say about 15% cared about humanity when they started and by the time they finish it drops to less than 1%. That’s who you are entrusting much of the responsibility of society to unfortunately. It’s all about them. Wrong principalities in society have moved human experience this God-awful direction. I’ve seen it from multiple perspectives.

Legal code and enforcement is everywhere. You can be sued for anything. Signs that say slippery when wet, are placed there for legal lawsuit reasons not for one’s protection. False concern is everywhere and de-values true caring. One can see the false caring in society when you see your politicians saying anything to the people to get elected. Lying to the public or “failure to recall” as is the legally defined best way to answer questions, is rampant and being accepted by the public, so common it has become.

Every design of anything is legally hinged. Law is a financial business, not a resolution of conflict or protection function anymore. Should you really be fined, penalized, oppressed for not wearing a seat belt which protects only you? That is the degree of control and oppression in the U. S., and other countries and states, etc.  that have intellectually codified everything that happens in society. It is a huge wrong turn in society that works against the Spirit and human evolution. It is an intellectually codified legally defined society and it makes it a police state when everything is enforced to the finite degree. People have intellectualized themselves into idiocy. The Legalized police state is one of the most damaging principalities of this world and probably the most entrenched and therefore difficult to change. If the west fails, this will be the primary reason as it will require the most cooperation to change, politicians, judges and lawyers will oppose it and they currently control U.S. society to a great degree.

Where is the freedom? Freedom is currently a lie. The intellectual written legalization, codification, enforcing of everything you do or say or how you conduct yourself or what is made in the U. S. has ruined the liberty of human evolution. A police state is a society predominantly run and enforced by fear, punishment and lack of freedom to exist as a free human being. Mayberry no longer exists in the U. S. A massive prison system has evolved to contain and control the human fall-out from this disastrous system.

The current U. S. Legal system is based on an adversary position. Look at that and wake up. That means it is a conflict encouraging enterprise. All attorneys know the more they can object and prolong the conflict the more money they can make. They encourage conflict and avoid resolution. Make that a BIG business. Instead of resolving the conflict, the judges and lawyers promote it – ALL to the detriment of those involved.

Two of the biggest problems around the current U. S. legal system are:

Truth is denied in the current system. That reverses the hierarchy of the spiritual universe where truth is greater than the concept of justice. In the U. S. legal system truth is often denied. Truth should never be denied in a justice system. You can not determine Justice without Truth. There should be no time deadlines to when truth can be shown. If you don’t know how to admit evidence, facts of truth in the U.S. codified legal system you won’t be allowed to admit it in today’s court system and that is very bad. You have to be an attorney to know what to say and how to say it or a judge will deny your evidence (truth). When the legal system allows for blocking the truth, Justice does not happen. Justice is in the word “Just Us.”

The current adversarial legal system is incredibly slow, prolongs and increases the damage to people in conflict. Part of Justice is that when a conflict arises, resolving the conflict as quickly as possible that allows for all parties to go on in life is extremely important. That is the purpose of justice. Today’s lawyer based adversarial U. S. legal system blocks, obstructs and extends the resolution of a dispute or conflict. That is damaging, wasteful to the society and to the individuals involved. But it is a money maker for those involved. Here you can see where one damaging principality (money) compounds the damage of another harmful principality (intellectually codified letter of the law legal system).

In a justice system one should never be allowed to present a known lie or withhold truth, yet attorneys do this all the time. Instead of an adversarial legal system, an advocacy system where you may have a representative to present your best “perspective” of the situation is far better. Let your positions of lawyer be replaced with Advocate. Let the intention be the guiding principle or you’ll lose justice in trying to decipher the words.

Intention not letter of law. Intention as best can be determined is the most important aspect in a conflict. The legal system today is so complex due to the written word format, case law, etc. that computers are used to search all the written material, it’s that voluminous. And then attorneys are schooled on how to interpret and manipulate the written word to their advantage. People trained in that are better than the common man is, but it is for the common man that Justice must exist. It is a grand show of the disease in society when people schooled in manipulation of the written word, and skilled in the manipulation of people are typically the ones who become professional politicians also manipulating people in society.

The U. S. legal system is a business and the people that protect it, organize it, rule it and participate in it are typically hugely ego-driven. You can’t really participate fairly unless you are an attorney or hire an attorney if you are not. Judges, who are lawyers themselves, treat attorneys better than the common man who they are to principally serve. Judges treat private attorneys better than public defenders. They could both say the same thing citing the same language and the private attorney will hold more sway with a judge than a newbie public defender. Corruption and wrong use of the current legal system is commonplace and reaches into the daily functioning of society in a detrimental way far greater than most people realize.

The current U. S. legal system is so far wrong that it cannot be fixed. It must be replaced in the above mentioned ways. Society cannot go on with this level of injustice, corruption and inefficiency. Those that continue as attorneys and judges knowingly participate in perpetuating the unjust legal system for their own personal benefit, be it money or ego.

As for professional politicians and how it is that lawyers are often the ones with manipulative skills that go into politics, I shall put it bluntly: There should be NO professional politicians of any background. For the professional politician, they don’t have another job they can go to. Thus their priority is getting re-elected and not the public service and sacrifice. Technical people need to be hired for technical positions but politicians and leaders need to be wise, selfless people whose time is sacrificed for the common good in the name of service. The politicians vote themselves better benefits than the public. The american public has accepted corruption and manipulation in politics just as the public has accepted legal robbery in capitalism. People need to demand better NOW. People can revoke all those politician benefits because it was supposed to be a sacrifice, and recall all professional politicians to replace them with true wise and sacrificing people - for the delay in doing this may harm you more than you think.

Professional politicians enter an unholy business inherently corrupt. That is bad for society. You can see it world wide - corruption of leaders elected or otherwise. Corruption is so common that everyday people consider it normal, and that is the end of society. George Washington was probably the only person who deserved to be president because he didn’t want it. He turned down being asked to be a king and he stepped out as soon as he felt his service was completed. If only he had suggested one 5 or 6 year term and do away with re-election altogether. Too bad he didn’t foresee enough to get rid of his slaves and maybe saved the nation a civil war later. Having the foresight to take pro-active choices pays off generations later. Consider if Washington or Jefferson had taken the Frenchman Lafayette’s advice to release all their slaves (they did not), would the brutality of the civil war even have happened…

In the U.S. take a look at the so-called 1st Amendment to the U.S. constitution “freedom of speech” and how it has been circumvented, blocked and altered by “letter of the law” application. So you have freedom of speech correct – No you don’t. Literal interpretation of the words goes like this: Of course you have freedom of speech – you can go out into the wilderness and speak all you want to, no one will hear of course. And you can go into your home if you have one and stand 12 inches from your wall and speak, but of course no one will hear you there either. Freedom of speech was meant to be freedom to communicate – that was the intention, pre-internet, pre-legalization code of the western world. Freedom of speech is easily blocked by a letter of the law interpretation of that amendment.

Today if you want to have freedom of speech at a public governmental location like the Lincoln Memorial (see not really public) you MUST get a permit for it. This means now your freedom of speech must be approved by someone other than yourself and that means delay and denial of your “freedom of speech.” You have no right to gather. And you must pay a fee for a permit to gather, permit to speak… And you can be denied by saying your speech is an “action.” By calling it a demonstration, or loitering or pan-handling, or public danger, there are ways to deny your freedom of speech. This is all by a literal interpretation of the words written in the first amendment which should have been used for the intention or as a guide and not a letter of the law statement.

Now people who want to obstruct your freedom of speech will cite the following: They will say yelling in a theatre “fire” is a freedom of speech that leads to harm so you can’t have total freedom of speech. Also, you can’t yell outside of someone’s home at 2 am because it is disturbing someone’s sleep. Both of these are common sense but these two types of example have given irrelevant backing to limiting the rest of freedom of speech.

There are many ways to get around constitutional freedom of speech and gathering by looking at the words. The key is to acknowledge that when the constitution was formed the founding members had no idea of what the future of law and police would become. The british rulers of their day have been replaced by the ruling powerful, judges, attorneys, politicians and police organizations in today’s world. Same oppression, same type of problem.

Of course the REAL purpose of writing “free speech” is the Right to freely communicate with others in a peaceful and reasonably non-disturbing way, SO important it was considered to be able to disseminate ideas, speech, written or verbal or other it was the first amendment. Totally infringed upon today by a heady intellectual, letter of the law, and power clutching elitist legal small group of people.

Corporations and Constitutions are pieces of paper. They have no spirit. Only sentient beings have soul and spirit. Which is Greater? One person is worth more than a corporation, an idea, a book, a constitution, a flag – you get the relevance. As for patriotism and nationalism, I’d say most people who really get behind these things truthfully are thinking of their fellow man when they cite these principals and to this degree of caring I agree to people’s importance.

People are manipulating the communication of news to influence the people instead of simply trying to report what is happening. Remember there used to be “opinion” columns in newspapers to designate that. Now everything being told to you is decided upon by someone usually wanting to manipulate you by censoring what you hear and orienting a view towards the conclusion someone wants you to make. When you see an article on some issue, knowing who wrote it, approved it and and how the initiation started is fundamentally revealing and important.

Similarly, or when the IRS initiates something against you or any legal situation is made against you, it should be demanded as the foundation of any case (or even a news article) as to how the legal action against you originated. If you knew how things started and who initiated events, particularly those against you, it is more telling than what you read. This is a form of destruction of humanity. More herding the masses by certain few people who want power, influence and typically money. Ego + money oppose the common man - So far off the better path has this world gone. But I have hope for the everyday humankind to take power over themselves and create and re-structure this world for a higher path. The path is there waiting to be used. The people and knowledge are here now to do this. Find them, find the path. Reset. On this Earth now are Angels and Angels of Angels. So important is this time.
