I was invited today to a Policy Insight Debate co-organised by Friends of Europe and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in association with Policy Cures Research and the Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung - DSW.

I have no doubt that innovation and research can help anticipate and respond to the big challenges that affect the health, security and mobility of people in Europe and across the globe.
