POLL RESULTS: What’s Your Biggest Priority for Growth in 2025?

Insights from a Vibrant Community of Women

As we step boldly into 2025, the energy within our community is palpable. Women from all walks of life are embracing opportunities, overcoming challenges, and setting powerful goals for the year ahead. 

To capture the pulse of this vibrant energy, I recently asked my LinkedIn community: 

“What’s your biggest priority for growth in 2025?” 

The poll offered four options: Mentorship, Learning New Skills, Building Wealth, and Taking Bold Action. 

The responses were inspiring, sparking a rich discussion that reflects our collective ambition and determination. 

Poll Results Overview 

Our poll garnered 4,137 impressions and received 153 votes, showcasing the strong engagement and interest from our community. Here’s how the votes were distributed: 

 These results highlight that Learning New Skills is the top priority for most respondents, with Building Wealth and Taking Bold Action following closely. While lower in percentage, Mentorship still holds significant value for many in our community. 

Themes from the Discussion 

1. Learning New Skills: Empowering Transformation 

Learning new skills emerged as the dominant priority, with half of the respondents identifying it as essential for their growth in 2025. 

@David Pugh commented:  "Learning new skills AND building wealth :) one will facilitate the other." 

This sentiment reflects a growing awareness that skill acquisition is the foundation for personal and professional success. Adaptability and continuous learning are key to staying ahead in a rapidly evolving world.  

2. Building Wealth: A Holistic Perspective 

Building wealth ranked second, with nearly 30% of respondents focusing on financial growth in 2025. 

@Tiba Al-Khalidy shared:  "Building wealth is definitely on my radar this year, but not just financially. Wealth in knowledge, relationships, and well-being is equally important." 

This holistic view of wealth underscores the importance of balance, emphasizing that true prosperity extends beyond finances to encompass relationships, health, and personal fulfillment. 

3. Taking Bold Action: Breaking Barriers 

Taking bold action was another key theme, with many participants recognizing the need to step out of their comfort zones. 

@Fabienne Egger expressed:  "Love this energy to kick off 2025! There’s something so powerful about women coming together to support, inspire, and cheer each other on." 

Bold action often requires courage, and our community is ready to embrace challenges, innovate, and lead with confidence. 

4. Mentorship: A Guiding Light 

While mentorship received fewer votes, its importance cannot be overlooked. Mentorship provides the guidance and support necessary for navigating complex challenges. 

In my work as a mentor, I’ve witnessed firsthand how access to experienced advisors accelerates growth, instills confidence, and fosters resilience.
