Technical Skills:

Java developer requires skills –

Backend Technologies (Java 8, Java 11, microservices, spring boot, Rest API’s) – Must have All .

Frameworks (NodeJS or ExpressJS, Django) – Must haves one of them.

Database Management Systems (MySQL, SQL SERVER and PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle Database).

Version Control, and Web Hosting Platforms (Kubernetes), – Must have Kubernetes.

Devops CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker. – Optional

ORM Tools(JPA, Hibernate) – Must have.

AWS, Cloud Services (EC2, EKS, S3 Bucket, IAM) – Must have AWS, Optional AWS certification

Agile Scrum exposure – Must have.

Module lead experience preferred (not mandatory)– must be in a position to work independently.

Is well versed with software development best practices.

Must have skillsets- Kafka, Terraform, OAuth, Oracle, AWS, Terraform, Aurora PostgreSQL, Kafka, MSK, SQS, Distributed Systems.

Application Technology – Java, Rest, Spring, Kafka, Data Lake, Data Mesh, AWS, Terraform.

Candidate should have Good Appetite to learn & Communication should be good.

At least 50% needs to have hands-on experience with AWS environments.

Process Skills:

Design, Development, Testing, Implementation

Behavioral Skills :

Experience working with offshore / onshore model

Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Must have strong knowledge in Object oriented development, version control, release management, change managemen
