The positioning of the internal IT
In echo to my previous post (in French), the positioning of the internal IT seems to me to be a topical issue.
Computer operating (end to end controlled), resistance to breakdowns and incidents, reliability of the back office, must be correctly managed or can be easily outsourced.
On the other side, ergonomic capabilities, power, connectivity, is available to users.
Between these two poles, IT must blend with its businesses to offer him appropriate services (connected, user friendly and agile) to bring him genuine competitive advantages; otherwise it does not do its work to create value.
It is this new value chain for internal IT dpt, which has become an architect Services , and bring to its business a real advantages.
This is his new purpose
PCO
