Positive impact

Films that make us feel good have a positive impact on an individual's general well-being and mental health, creating a sense of happiness and emotional fulfilment.

Looking for a good feeling shouldn't be the main goal in life, as it can lead to complacency and hinder personal growth and development.

Participating in activities that provide a sense of joy and fulfilment can contribute significantly to overall happiness and life satisfaction.

The concept of a "culture of wellbeing" leads to unrealistic expectations of constant positivity and can ignore and isolate people struggling with mental health problems.

Society's emphasis on instant gratification and a sense of well-being can lead to a lack of long-term fulfilment and sustainable happiness.

The "feel good" phenomenon in marketing and advertising can lead consumers to make impulsive decisions guided by temporary emotions rather than rationality and critical thinking
