POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO THE POOR PERFORMANCE IN RURAL SCHOOLS.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO THE POOR PERFORMANCE IN RURAL SCHOOLS.

INTRODUCTION TO THE REAL MEAT IN THE BOWL.

In this introduction, I will explain briefly the ways in which we can bring these solutions smartly to help these challenged pupils, remember every challenge has it's possible solution, and there is a smartest way out it.

There are THREE (3) major ways in which can bring smart solutions to the challenges that are being face and I will be explaining them one by one tomorrow:

  1. Individual levels.
  2. Company/organization levels.
  3. Government level

These are smartest ways in which we can sort out the challenges, if we wait for one part to deal with this issue, we will never achieve the goal, all the 3 must work together.

Today for the sake of emphasis, let me point out another discovered causes, which can't be ignore by anyone who is observant.

CHALLENGES THAT TEACHERS IN RURAL SCHOOLS GOE THROUGH.

  1. Teachers cover long distance to reach school.

***. Most rural schools do not have proper houses within the school premises, so they are sent by governments to go and teach, but not provide proper accommodation, should their course become a curse on their lives that they can't enjoy a good life of a qualified person. Travelling kilometers to reach the school, and they become tired, may GOD bless teachers.

2. Lack of proper food, and shops to buy foods.

***. Imagine you get paid but you take 2 months to visit shops where you will buy things, or just access banks where to withdraw the money, it has to take 2 days to reach the place, surely there is no reason to teach happily.

3. No proper material to use in class.

***. Honestly we must just close some schools if we can't manage the people well, you say it is a government school when there are no books, chocks, pens, rulers etc. but you have sent a degree holder there, so they do what with the school. I was once at a school where we did not learn because someone who went to buy chock had delayed to bring, there is something we can do.

4. Poor communication system.

***. These teachers have relative who they must be in touch with, but how will they communicate with their people when they have to wait for a wind of network to blow for them to make a call, they can't even call their so-called DEBS do explain, the DEBS is having coffee in some town like that, please resign if your thinking is stack or read my solutions and help the people.

These are the major challenges that teachers are facing in rural schools that need immediate attention, government must never employ if they are not willing to sort out these challenges, it's better they continue eating from their homes than casting in the den of poverty in the name of employment.
