His intellect is polluted!

Worldly food or more food!

Then intellect is polluted!

*Then senses develop accordingly!

Then subtle mind becomes worldly!

Then worldly intellect is used for world!

Then world creates joy and sorrow!

*Thus one is trapped!

In the cycle of birth and death!

*Then you don't live in the world!

Even after living!

Then you don't do any work!

Where our youth going?

I am feeling uncomfortable while sharing this.

Our youth are loosing the proper direction.

Most of them are not in good habits.

They are smoking. They drink wine, whiskey on the pretext of becoming modern, educated and

highly paid employed. They take non-veg food which is contrary to glorious culture of Hindustan.

Trend is now reversed. Western youth feel proud themselves while adopting ancient glorious

culture of Hindustan.

But our youth feel proud by adopting western culture of wine, smoke and Non-veg foods which were basically for cold climate nations.

I hardly find any youth who is pure in the modern age. I hardly find any youth who is purely veg, Non-smoker, Non-drinker.

I feel pity after seeing this state of our youth. They have become slave of these bad habits. They feel helpless for leaving these bad habits.

They are supposed to master their habits. They must control their habits.

Habits should not control them.

One of the easiest way is to adopt spirituality. Then they can master their habits. Then they will

not be slave of their habits. Then habits will be their slave.

Then they can create their golden future in true sense.

How the universe is running?

*This universe is running mainly on the following two principles:

1/ First Principle:

Good Karma, good thoughts. Bad Karma, bad thoughts.

2/ Second Principle:

Good food, good thoughts. Bad food, bad thoughts.

*First Principle:

If you do good Karma, Almighty will create good thoughts in your mind.

If you do bad Karma, Almighty will create bad thoughts in your mind.

*Hence your life will become accordingly good or bad. You may be of any religion, gender,

nation, language, race, caste, status etc This is universal law.

*Second Principle:

If you have good food, Almighty will create good thoughts in your mind.

If you have bad food, Almighty will create bad thoughts in your mind.

*Food may be for your eating, seeing, listening, speaking, touching, tasting, smelling. Food may

be for any of your senses.

*This is universal law for running this universe, your life and your body.

Your life will become accordingly good or bad as per your intake, as per your food.

*You may be from any religion, gender, nation, language, caste, race, status etc.

This is the universal law for all.

*Your joy and sorrows depend only on these two universal laws.

Hence decide yourself!

What do you want?

Joy or sorrows?

Act accordingly!

We don't eat food, Food eats us

*Yes it is true!

We don't eat food!

Food eats us!

*About thirty years ago I met a great Saint in Mathura. I asked a question from him-

Why Vishay Bhog, enjoying the senses not allowed in Adhyatm ie Spirituality?

*He replied-

You don't enjoy senses!

Senses enjoy you!

You don't eat food!

Food eats you!

*I couldn't understand this reply at that time!

*But now I fully understand its meaning!

*Enjoying senses makes us weak!

They all are Jad ie mortal!

We are Chetan ie immortal and blissful!

*Hence if we come in their contact, they steal our bliss and joy!

They make us from immortal to mortal!

They make us sad, unhappy!

*We become from master to slave by senses!

*They exist only for trapping us!

*Hence excess use of Senses not allowed!

*We should not be trapped by senses!

World Enters Through Senses

*World is the cause of sorrows!

World gives you pain and pleasure!

*World enters inside yourself!

Through your senses!

*At initial stages!

Try this method for one week!

Don't allow senses!

To enter the world inside you!

*Close your eyes for one week!

Close your ears for one week!

Close your mouth for one week!

Eat very little food for one week!

*Don't speak for one week!

Keep silent for one week!

*You may find tremendous changes!

Inside yourself if you do it honestly!

*You will find a fresh you!

You will feel more happy!

*Since you were not disturbed!

With the disturbances of world!

*But the most beneficial is when!

You may keep your mind silent!

*Then you will find happy!

And peaceful!

Even in the crowd!

Since you enjoy material things!

Don't enjoy material gains!

Don't enjoy food items!

Don't enjoy seeing items!

Don't enjoy hearing items!

Don't enjoy speaking items!

Don't enjoy touching items!

Don't enjoy smelling items!

Don't enjoy taste!

Don't enjoy your senses!

Don't enjoy sense objects!

Use all these items!

Only as required!

Excess of everything bad!

Divine Joy is hidden!

Bliss is hidden!

Since you enjoy senses!

Since you enjoy sense objects!

If we don't enjoy senses!

If we don't enjoy sense objects!

Then we may enjoy divine joy!

Then we may feel bliss!
